• 6 cups Urban Meadow peaches
• 1 1/2 cups Urban Meadow granulated sugar, separated
• 1/4 cup Urban Meadow brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tbsp Urban Meadow lemon juice
• 1 cup and 2 tbsp Urban Meadow all-purpose flour, separated
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup Urban Meadow unsalted butter, cold and cubed
• 1/4 cup boiling water
