Baked pasta with sausage Recipe | Food From Portugal
This is a different way to prepare sausages, add pasta and egg, drizzle with béchamel sauce and cream and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Ingredients
- 300 grams (10 1/2 ounces) Frankfurter sausages (12 units)
- 250 grams (8 3/4 ounces) penne pasta
- 2 eggs
- 2 medium onions
- 200 ml (1/2 pint (236 ml)) whipping cream
- 50 ml / (3 1/3 tablespoons) olive oil
- Pepper (to taste)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 125 grams (4 1/2 ounces) grated cheese
- Rosemary (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- 200 ml (about 1 cup) béchamel sauce
