Cheesy Onion, Orange and Bacon Quiche
A deliciously rich winter quiche, using onion chutney, fresh orange and crispy bacon, topped with golden bubbling cheese.
Ingredients
- 400g plain flour
- 200g unsalted butter, softened and cubed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 rashers smoked bacon, chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 200ml single cream
- 100ml semi-skimmed milk
- ½ zest large orange
- 140g mature cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp Montecoppe Red Onion and Orange Peel chutney
