• 4 Tablespoons Cocoa
• 1 C Water
• 2 C flour
• 2 C sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 c sour cream
• 1 tsp baking soda
• Frosting:
• 4 T Cocoa
• 1 stick butter
• 6 tablespoons milk
• 1 box confectioners sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
