• 1 cup milk
• 4 Tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1 Tablespoon dark rum
• 3 oz. chopped bittersweet chocolate
• Vegetable oil
• Sweetened whipped cream
• Cocoa powder for garnish
