- 1 egg, whisked
- 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 courgettes
- 1 cup tomato passata
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated tasty cheese
- mixed salad, toasted Turkish bread to serve
