• For the Sauce:
• 1 1/2 tablespoons salted butter
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
• 2 cloves garlic, minced (1 tsp)
• 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped then measured (the dried kind in a bag, NOT oil packed)
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
• 1 (14.5 oz) can reduced-sodium chicken broth
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (I added 1 extra Tbl.)
• Freshly cracked black pepper, salt, and garlic salt, to taste
