• 1/2 cup (125 ml) unsalted butter, softened
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) brown sugar
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) canola oil
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups (500 ml) sweetened coconut flakes
• 1 can 300 ml sweetened condensed milk
• 3/4 cup (180 ml) 35% cream
• 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) toasted pecans, chopped
