• 2 Tbsp. light butter
• 1 large sweet or Vidalia onion, thinly sliced

• 1 lbs cooked chicken, diced or shredded
• 1 cup chicken broth, low sodium
• 8 slices of whole wheat baguette, broken into pieces
• 1 cup gruyere cheese
