Elegant Olive Tapenade – Fustini's Oils & Vinegars

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups / 12 ounces green Spanish olives or Kalamata olives
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp dried thyme
• 1 tsp Vinoso Red Wine Vinegar
• 2 Tbsp Coratina SELECT Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
• pinch sea salt
• dash black pepper
