Delia Smith Turkey Soup Recipe 🍲

Ingredients

• 4 tablespoons of butter
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
• 2 celery stalks, chopped
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 teaspoons of dried thyme
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 4 cups of chicken or turkey stock
• 4 cups of cooked turkey, shredded or chopped
• 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
• 2 cups of heavy cream
• Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
