Ingredients

• 1 mackerel
• 1 lemon (3 lemon slices of it)
• 2 or 3 pinches of chopped fresh or dried dill
• 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
• 2-3 pinches of freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• # For toppings:
• 1 large or 2 small potatoes
• 1 onion
• butter to taste
