• 2 tablespoons honey

• Salt and pepper
• 800 g ground turkey
• 1/4 cup Budweiser beer
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

• 200 g Oka Classique cheese rind removed, cut into cubes
• 8 thin slices of pancetta, cooked until crisp
