• 1/2 cup vegetable/olive oil
• 3/4 cup Crystal Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
• 2 large eggs, at room temperature
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup zucchini, grated and well-packed
• 3/4 cup chocolate chips
