• 1/3 cup chopped red onion
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1/4 teaspoon Morton & Bassett New Mexico Chile
• 1/2 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon Morton & Bassett Cayenne Pepper
• 1 lime
• 1/2 jalapeno, sliced
• 6-10 small flour or corn tortillas
• 1/2 an avocado
• 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
• 2 radishes thinly sliced
• Cilantro for garnish
