• 170 gms Skinless (Boneless Chicken Breast)
• 1 tbsp Chinese Rice Wine or Dry Sherry
• 3/4 tsp Sugar
• 1 tsp Sesame Oil
• 250 gms Fresh Spinach Leaves
• 4 Cups Chicken Stosk or 4 cups Chicken Broth (readymade mixed with 1 cup water) (readymade mixed with 1 cup water)
• 1 tbsp Ginger (sliced)
• 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
• Salt and Pepper (to taste)
