Recipe Trolley | Creamy braised sausages with tomato and borlotti beans

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil, for frying
• 400 g sausages, chopped
• 2 red onion, finely sliced
• 150 g plum tomatoes, halved
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
• 2 tsp paprika
• 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 125 g spinach
• 800 g borlotti beans, drained and rinsed
• 100 ml crème fraîche
