Ingredients

• 2 onions chopped
• 450 grams minced lamb or beef
• 2 teaspoon plain flour
• 2 carrots peeled and chopped
• 2 tablespoons Tomato puree
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon Dried rosemary
• 300 ml beef or veg stock
• 1 kg Floury potatoes
• butter
• milk
• 2 tablespoons marmite
