My Butterscotch Apple Hand Pies are the cutest little addition to your fall baking! The sweet butterscotch sauce + tart green apple + flaky crust are YUM!
Ingredients
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled + diced
- 1/4 C caster sugar
- 2 T all-purpose flour
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
- 4 pie crusts, room temperature (I used store-bought)
- 1/2 C butterscotch sauce
- 1 egg white, whisked with 1 t of water
- 1 T raw sugar
