Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup Crisco oil
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 cup sourdough batter
• 2 cups flour, all-purpose, unsifted
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. soda
• 3 ripe bananas, crushed
• 3/4 cup chopped nuts (home-grown walnuts taste best)
• 1 tsp. vanilla
