• 1 8 teaspoon salt
• 1 2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 - 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 vanilla bean (scraped for the beans)
• 1 egg
• 2 teaspoons water
• 2 - 3 tablespoons demerara sugar
