Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced lengthwise
- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced lenghtwise
- 1 15 oz can of sweet peas, drained and rinsed
- 8 dill pickles, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced (I like to use red onion)
- 2 apples, diced
- 3 turkey slices
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp salt
- ground black pepper, to taste
