Chicken and Corn Soup

Ingredients

• 140 g chicken, cooked and shredded
• 500 ml chicken broth or water
• 1 can creamed corn (1 can= 420g)
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Shao Jing cooking wine or Mirin or Dry Sherry (can omit for halal food)
• 1 tsp ginger, minced
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 eggs, whisked
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1 tbsp water
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1 green onion, thinly sliced
• pepper to taste
