I wanted a great tasting poultry seasoning. We eat a lot of chicken breasts, which are not very flavorful. I combined several recipes until I came up with this

- 1/2 tablespoon(s) onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon(s) allspice
- 1 teaspoon(s) dill
- 1 teaspoon(s) sage
- 1 teaspoon(s) coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) coarse black pepper
