• 2-3 tsp of Honey Mustard (or Honey Dijon) dressing
• 1 slice of Swiss cheese
• 1 tsp of oil (to saute the turkey)
• 2 1/4 tsp dry active yeast (1/4 ounce)
• 1/4 tsp coarse salt
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 cup warm water (100 to 110 degrees)
• 3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for surface
• 2 tbs unsalted butter
• 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 3 tbs baking soda
• Medium pot of water
• 2 tbs unsalted butter, softened
• 2 tbs chopped rosemary
• 1 tbs coarse salt
