Wonton Style Pizza - Spice Islands

Ingredients

• 1-1/4 to 1-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 envelope Fleischmann’s® Pizza Crust Yeast OR Fleischmann’s® RapidRise Yeast
• 1-1/2 tsp sugar
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 cup very warm water (120° to 130°F)*
• 1 1/2 tbsp oil
• 1/2 tsp sesame oil
• 8 oz ground pork
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp Spice Islands Ground Ginger
• 1/4 tsp Spice Islands Garlic Powder
• 1/4 cup Thai chili sauce
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 3 cloves finely minced garlic
• 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
• 1/3 cup finely chopped water chestnuts, drained
• 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
• 1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro
• 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
• 2 green onions, sliced diagonally
