• 1/3 cup dried oats
• 1/3 cup italian style bread crumbs
• 3 Tablespoons tomato sauce (garlic and onion)
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 1 garlic clove (minced)
• 2 oz mild green chili's
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon corriander
• 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
• 1/4 teaspoon asian 5 spice
• 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
