T-Bone's Southwestern Turkey Burger - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 1.25 pound package of ground turkey
• 1/2 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1/4 cup jalepeno rings (chopped fine)
• 2 cloves of garlic (chopped fine)
• 1/3 cup black beans (drained)
• 1/3 cup corn kernals (canned)
• 2 (heaping) tbsp of salsa
• 5 slices chedder or pepperjack cheese
• 5 kaiser rolls or large flour tortillas
