• 1 1⁄2 cups cream
• 1 cup light syrup
• 1 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 dl Västerbottensost®, grated
• 4 cups whipped cream
• 200 g of cream cheese
• 1 1⁄2 cups icing sugar
• 1 1⁄2 tsp vanilla powder
• 500 g strawberries, in small pieces
