Rhubarb BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil 
- 1/2 Medium onion
- 1 Large clove garlic
- 1/2 lb Rhubarb
- 1/8 cup Tomato paste
- 1/2 cup Water (plus more as needed)
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Apple State Vinegar 
- 5 Tbsp Raspberry & Citrus Shrub
- 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Paprika or chili powder
- 1/2 tsp of your favorite hot sauce (we love HOSA!)
- Salt
- pepper
