Ingredients: 1/2 cup of kimchi, processed in a food processor until very fine; 1 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar; Juice of 1/2 lime (reserve other half for garnish); 1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped very fine; 1 1/4 cup Gordy’s Bloody Mary Mix; 1 squirt of Srirachi sauce, to taste (optional, as Gordy’s mix is already spicy!); 3 cups vodka; 1 cup ice cubes
