  • 220ml boiling water
  • 1 Tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 50ml water
  • 50g sugar
  • 300ml Kara UHT Coconut Cream
  • 300g chocolate
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 30ml rum
