• 3-4 Pounds Beef Chuck Roast, trimmed
• 1 Stick Salted Butter
• 3-4 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
• 1/2 Cup Beef Broth
• 1/2 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
• 2 Chipotles in Adobo Sauce, finely chopped
• 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
• 1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
• 1 Tablespoon Dried Mexican Oregano
• 1/4 Cup Mayo-Ketchup (2 tbsp. each mayonnaise and ketchup), for serving
