• 1 Large Sweet Onion, thinly sliced
• 3 Tablespoons Butter
• 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
• 4 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 Pounds of Roast Beef, thin sliced
• 1/2 Pound Havarti Cheese, sliced
• Mayonnaise, to taste
• 1 Package Martin’s Sweet Dinner Potato Rolls (12 Rolls)
• 1 Tablespoon Butter, melted (for brushing buns)
• Poppy Seeds if desired
