White Bean and Ham Soup - Traeger Grills

Ingredients

• 1 Tablespoon olive oil
• 1 Medium onion, diced
• 3 Stalk celery, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 4 Cup chicken broth
• 4 Cup water
• 4 Bouillon, cubes
• 1 meaty ham bone
• 2 Bay leaves
• 1 Bunch fresh sage leaves, or 1 teaspoon dried sage
• 2 Sprig fresh thyme, or 2 teaspoons dried thyme
• 1/2 Teaspoon Chinese 5 spice
• 3 Carrots, diced
• 2 (15 oz) cans Cannellini beans, drained, and rinsed
• 2 Can (15 oz) Great Northern or Navy beans, drained, and rinsed, divided
• 1 Cup diced ham, optional
