- 100 grams butter, melted and cooled
- 500 grams cream cheese, chopped and at room temperature
- 70 grams caster sugar (1/3 cup)
- 60 grams brown sugar, (1/3 cup and lightly packed)
- 3 eggs
- 300 ml cream, thickened
- 180 grams chocolate, Caramilk chocolate melted and cooled
- Whipped cream, to serve
- Twirl Caramilk chocolate bar, sliced diagonally to serve
- Golden syrup, to drizzle
