• 4 tuna steaks, thawed completely if frozen
• ⅔ cup Kikkoman® Hoisin Sauce, divided
• 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
• For Salad:
• 3 cups baby arugula
• 1 cup chopped snap peas
• 1 cup chopped radishes
• 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
• 1 cup chopped cucumber
• For Dressing:
• 2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon honey
• Salt and pepper to taste
