Bacon, Onion and Cheddar Stuffed Jacket Potato Recipe

- 4 baking potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 bacon rashers, cut into 1cm dice
- 2 white onions, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Very Lazy Chopped Garlic
- 125g cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche or soured cream
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
