• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 cups white mushrooms, sliced
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• salt, to taste
• black pepper, to taste
• paprika, to taste
• 8 slices bacon, cooked
• 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
