• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 green bell pepper
• 1 small can pineapple chunks or tidbits
• 4 tbsp ketchup
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1 cup water
• 1 tbsp cornstarch diluted in 2 tablespoons of water
• 2 tbsp cooking oil
