German Chocolate Cake - Namaste Recipes

Ingredients

• 2-1/4 cups Namaste Perfect Flour Blend or Namaste Organic Perfect Flour Blend
• 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate, chopped
• 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup lukewarm coffee
• 1 cup coconut milk with 1 Tblsp lemon juice or buttermilk
• 1-1/4 cups margarine or butter, softened (she used earth balance)
• 2-1/4 cups sugar
• 5 large eggs, room temperature
• 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
