• 1 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast
• ¼ cup warm whole milk
• ¼ cup warm water
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• ¼ cup mashed potatoes
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
• 1 large egg
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 ¼ cups bread flour
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 tablespoon olive oil, for coating the bowl and dough
