Raspberry Spinach Salad I LOVE raspberry dressing, but I omit the kiwi...I just don't care for it. Hope you like this!
Ingredients
- 3 TBS canola oil
- 2 TBS raspberry vinegar
- 2 TBS raspberry jam
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 8 cups torn fresh spinach
- 2 cups fresh raspberries, divided
- 4 TBS slivered almonds, toasted, divided
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
- 3 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup fat-free seasoned salad croutons
