Ingredients

• 4 x 160g chicken breasts, skin and bone off, inner fillet remaining
• 8 cloves smoked garlic, finely chopped
• 20g chives, finely chopped
• 100g unsalted butter, softened (but not melted!)
• smoked sea salt
• 100g plain flour
• 10g smoked paprika
• 2 eggs
• 200g panko breadcrumbs
• 1 sweetcorn on the cob
• 1 tbsp corn oil
• sea salt & black pepper
• 1 small green cabbage
• 4 spring onions
• 20g parsley
• 2 medium carrots
• 50ml cider vinegar
• 120g full fat mayonnaise
• 1 tsp black onion seeds
