SPARKLING COSMOS - Tailgate Guru
Easiest appetizer in the world, AND it’s my personal favorite. I got it from my mother years ago, and it’s still my “go to” for a quick delicious appetizer.
Ingredients
- 3-4 oz thinly sliced regular prosciutto or Speck, cut into pieces
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 TBSP dry minced onion
- 1 TBSP dry chives
- 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Pepper
