• 1 tsp lemon extract
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• ½ cup milk
• 3 & ¼ cups plain flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 & ½ cups fresh or frozen raspberries
• Lemon cheese cream frosting:
• 12 ounces cream cheese
• ½ cup unsalted butter (soft)
• ½ tsp lemon extract
• 4 & ½ cups of icing sugar
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
