• 1/4 tsp Ground Cardamom
• 2 tsp Vietnamese Cinnamon
• 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
• 1.5 cups light brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 Tbl Cookie Vanilla Extract
• Mini marshmallows, frozen
• Cinnamon Sugar for coating the cookies
