  • 1¼ cup heavy cream
  • ⅔ cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (14 oz) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 12 ounce milk chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup whole pecans
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
