Ingredients

• 1/4 cup minced green onion
• 2 tbsp. light soy sauce
• 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 jalapeno pepper

• 1 tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
• 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 12 large lettuce leaves (such as Iceberg
• Romaine or Bibb)
• rinced and patted dry
• 1/2 cup sauce such as peanut
• sweet sour
• duck or Hoisin
• 1 cup Angel hair-style or finely shredded coleslaw mix
• 1/2 cup shredded carrots
• Toothpicks (optional)
• Dipping sauces such as Peanut Sauce
