Chicken Kebabs with Tzatziki Mini Wraps

Ingredients

• 8 Mission Original Super Soft Mini Wraps, heated on a grill plate just before serving
• Kebabs :
• 1¼ cups fresh breadcrumbs
• 3 tbsp milk
• 500g chicken mince
• ½ carrot, finely grated
• ½ zucchini, finely grated
• 1 tbsp ground oregano
• 2 tbsp finely chopped mint
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 250g tub tzatziki dip
• 1 cucumber, finely chopped
• 1 carrot, shredded
• 4 slices canned beetroot, julienned
• 100g feta, crumbled
• 4 lemon wedges, optional
